Engaging a coach to think through career decisions can be incredibly helpful.

The reality is there are actual crossroads, pitfalls, and moments when we are challenged to adopt behaviors that feel unnatural in order to progress.

My background gives me a unique insight into job level expectations, hiring and promotion requirements, career pivots, and surviving a PIP.​

Another area I excel in is leadership skill coaching for engineers specifically.

Senior engineering levels require leadership ability, not just advanced system design. Staff, Principal, Distinguished, and CTO levels are fundamentally different. To be respected, it matters how one communicates, influences, and achieves consensus on decisions (to avoid building resentment). Those interested in higher levels  need to develop strategic, and in some cases visionary, thinking and an ability to "lead without line of sight".
